I love to cook and bake especially and am very interested in health and nutrition. I also love the outdoors, kids, animals, reading, tutoring, doing volunteer work, and spending time with family and friends... Recipezaar is my favorite site! I'm vegan. I enjoy fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. (Vegans don?t eat/use animals, animal by-products, or animal products, such as meat, gelatin, rennet, dairy (butter, cream, milk, etc..) casein, eggs & honey) or wear leather or fur and avoid products animal ingredients such as lanolin in cosmetics or lotions and anything that has been tested on animals... I love the challenge of ?veganizing? recipes and almost everything I have tried has turned out very well! Of course some things have not, but you just have to laugh and try something different. :)
