"I loved this cake as a base for the chocolate chip banana cake with peanut butter glaze that I made. I followed the recipe exactly but made the following changes:
My bananas weren't as ripe as I'd like them so I added two tablespoons of light brown sugar and a tablespoon of bourbon to the mash. I also added 1 1/2 cups of mini semi sweet chocol..."

"I halved the recipe, and used low fat sour cream instead of no fat. Turned out very moist and flavorful! Served over whole wheat couscous. Love how easy the recipe is. Will make again for sure."

"It turned out a little more dense than I expected from what the recipe comments said. I followed the recipe exactly except I used dried cranberries instead of raisins. Toasts up very nicely and tastes wonderful with butter. I bought and used some Irish style butter at Trader Joe's. It has a higher percent of butter fat, not good for you but mmm go..."

"I'm late making these, but they were worth the wait. Delightful little fruit filled cookies. I used apple jelly and sprinkled them with a bit of cinnamon sugar for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved them, and I'm looking forward to making them again. Thanks Maryland Jim!"

"Made this for a football game last weekend. It was a great hit. Really loved the flavor of the pomogranite and gingerale together and the lime gave it a nice little kick. Will no doubt make again! Thanks for a great recipe V!"

"These were EXCELLENT! I think they are even better than pecan pie. I over baked mine a little, but they were still delicious. Everyone who had one raved about them. Thanks for a great new recipe!"

"This was excellent. I used thick cut pepper bacon and garlic basil fresh pasta for this dish. I did end up adding 2 tablespoons of half and half to the dish, but it would have been just as delicious without. Will definately make again and again."

"This is actually the way I make my zucchini a lot. I really loved it with the summer squash. Nice comforting side for me, because my mom always had both summer squash and zucchini in her garden. Next time I might take a picture and post. It was gone to quick this time. Thanks Boomie!"
