    "These are really good for those that don't want to bother shelling their pumpkin seeds before they eat them as this softens them quite a bit. My kids loved them like this. We used butter instead of oil, so they won't keep as long as with vegetable oil. The salt really penetrates into the seed with this recipe. Thanks for the boiling tip. :-)"
