Hello :) I currently live in Virginia with my husband, two cats and lab puppy. I am a health fitness instructor in a corporate fitness environment. My husband is a basketball Athletic Trainer for a local Division 1 University. Therefore, we enjoy creating healthy meals that are quick and well balanced. (Of course we also love to make our "not so good for you" meals we have gotten from this wonderful website) In our spare time, which isnt much, we find ourselves either working out or really relaxing while watching a movie.
We have several favorite foods we enjoy making quite frequently. One of our favorite things to make is homemade pizza. We can create it as healthy or as fattening as we want..depending on what we're in the mood for =) Usually we load the pizza with all kinds of veggies and meats. Depending on our tastes that day, we use barbeque or pizza sauce as our base.
On occasion, we also enjoy different varieties of seafood, either lobster, shrimp, fish or scallops with a nice glass of wine. We have found some great recipes throughout this website that have also been added to our monthly meals. Thanks to everyone for such great options!
