    I am a proud mother of 4 wonderful children (well mostly wonderful Wink) Now that our family is complete my husband and i have started on the journey of healthy eating (i sometime think of killing my self with an over dose of cake but i am pulling through)

    Favorite Foods

    My favorite foods to cook are home made pasta. i love everything that has carbs!=) I love to make family recipes. My grandmothers "get yourself a man meat balls" are my favorite. the recipe is passed downed to every women on there 16th birthday! I am Italian so on my new healthy journey it is my challange to make all the food I love not only healther but taste great also!
