    Reviewed Heavenly Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

"These are great cookies! I almost skipped this recipe because it makes 15 cookies. I didn't want giant cookies so I made them smaller and got about 30 cookies. These spread out as they bake - they are not thick cookies. Baked in 12 minutes. I didn't butter the baking sheet, but I let them cool about 30 seconds and then removed to the wire rack and..."

    Reviewed Tropical Medley

"I recently bought a used copy of this cookbook and was happy to see this recipe posted. I made this on Saturday and was pleased with the flavor. This is not a sweet bread. In fact, my husband and I were only aware of the mild flavor of pineapple and raisins in this bread. I used the 'Tropical Medley' blend of dried fruit that is sold in the stores...."

    Reviewed Meatloaf

"I made this last night for my husband, brother-in-law and his wife. It was very moist and tasty. I added 1/4 lb. mild Italian sausage, omitted the salt and forgot to add the topping of ketchup - oops. My brother-in-law & sister-in-law BOTH asked for the recipe so that is a very high compliment.
Thank you for sharing this recipe."

    Reviewed Easy Blackberry Cobbler

"Picked fresh blackberries over the weekend. I made this last night (my first Blackberry Cobbler). I thought it would be too thin when baked so I baked it in a 7" X 12" Pyrex casserole dish, next time I will use a 9" X 13" as stated.
Great flavor and very easy to make. Next time I will reduce the sugar for the blackberries to 1/2 cup as I thou..."

    Reviewed The Best Salmon Marinade

"I increased the garlic to two cloves. Don't skimp on the ginger, it truly adds to the flavor. I have made this twice with salmon steaks (baked at 350 for 15 minutes) and once with a beef steak. I marinated it for a couple of hours. It was great for both.
    Thank you Chili Spice."
