"I made a half recipe for 6 muffins. I noticed in the reviews that many folks doubled the bacon but couldn't bring myself to do that since they are already 55% fat (even though DH would have been liking it. Used all egg whites instead of whole eggs and skim milk and had excellent results. Simply delicious."

"I made this lovely slaw tonight without the rice and using hazelnuts (what I had on hand. I used fresh orange juice with some finely grated orange zest, even so the orange wasn't really strong but a nice background essence. It came out great and made a marvelous side to Spicy Burgers. This is something that I'll make again this summer."

"Yummy, yummy. This was my first cold smoothie/shake drink of this year and what a great welcome back. I used the yogurt/instant coffee mixture and Splenda for the sugar and no sugar added chocolate syrup. Also skipped the marshmallow. For me the smooth, sweet, tangy coffee drink that resulted was very satisfying and good."

Everything else went in though to make a pretty and very yummy lunch. No sweat to make, healthy and each bite is a treat. What more could you ask. :D"
