"It would not be hard to eat the full pint at one time. I used Splenda to replace the sugar and used about half of the zest ask for, mainly because I hate grating the stuff. About 20 mins in the ice cream maker produced a beautiful and delicious sorbet. Can't wait for the weather to heat up because this will be even better in the heat."

"This is great. I don't use spinach any more but this was still top notch without it. It's very filling and it goes a long way (at least for us. I used whole wheat couscous here and really loved the yogurt sauce. This one is a keeper. Made for Pick A Chef, 2013."

"We really enjoyed last night for dinner. Haven't made burgers with the onion soup mix in ages but now I think I'll start using it again. I topped mine with the cheese, tomato, lettuce and loved every bite. The burger is so flavor filled you don't really need much in the way of toppings though. :D"

"I found that I needed to add a good bit more water to this as my cereal sucked up all of the first amount. That said this came out delicious and I love the texture. "This was good and simple to put together but it seemed that *something* was missing. In my case it wasn't eggs as I never add them to potato salad. Some sliced of chopped olives might have rounded out the flavor. Made for Pick A Chef, Spring 2013."
