    "This recipe is great!! I have made this 4 times now. Tonight, I baked them in the large muffin pans. I baked at 350 for approx 30 minutes. It made a dozen of the large muffin size cakes. I omitted the pecans but used the yummy frosting. I will continue to use this recipe, thank you!"

    "Wonderful! I used Vermouth instead of the wine as suggested by another reviewer. This was really easy and very tasty. I added a little bit of cornstarch to thicken the sauce a little.
