    I'm a recent college grad and new to the cooking scene. I'm just learning really basic things - it took me a few tries to get browning a chicken breast right!.

    Favorite Foods

    I don't have a favorite food genre, but I tend to like home-cooking moreso than spicy and exotic. I like simpler dishes and especially one dish meals like soups and casseroles.

    I've really liked the philosophy of the book French Women Don't Get Fat so I'm trying to eat more along those guidelines.
