Followed recipe exactly - timing perfect.
I used a traditional deep dish pie pan and it filled to brim andI microwaved the pumpkin vs steaming.
Your fresh recipe is waaay better than using canned and soooo easy and much healthier!"

Wow that thumbprint and freezing really works at keeping the burger together... Thanks for posting! Oh yeah I used grapeseed oil (out of evoo at my house! )"

"I orginally had a great review written for the recipe as is - one of my favorites. Thanks Julesong But I have now experimented a little more. You can make 6 wonderful mini desserts in ramikens (without crust) just follow the instructions as written but divide everything equally in each Ramiken. Then only cook them for 30 minutes. I added a littl..."

"This is a great basic recipe that you can improvise with and FABULOUS to build on.... Due to my personal tastes and previous reviews, I added 1/2c of sharp shredded cheddar to the main mixture. I did not have peas....so I chopped brocolli stalks...not the flowers...I did not have potato chips...so I crumbled Ritz type crackers with a little ch..."

"Easy, Tender, Aromatic, Delicious and Fabulous! I followed instructions. Since my grill does not have an indirect heat shield I put aluminum foil under it after the critical browning phase and it was great!!! I used 2 fresh tender sprigs of Rosemary from the garden was the other slight substitution. HOWEVER - if you did this to a tenderloin,..."

I do not recommend using chicken legs - they just don't look as pretty since the meat pulls from the bone when done...."
