"This is the best banana chocolate chip muffin recipe I've found. The crumb of the muffin is just right, moist and the perfect density. I only had half the recommended chocolate chips but the chip to muffin ratio is perfect. I think double the chips as called for in the recipe might have been overkill. We did regular size and also minis (baked f..."

"These are great and I've made them several times. I've done both mini and regular sized muffins and both are delicious and super easy to prepare. Five minutes prep if you're working with a stand mixer. I do prefer to use semi sweet chocolate chips instead of the white chocolate, though I never had a problem with the white chocolate "disappearin..."

"These were very easy to make (whipped them up while chili was simmering with simple ingredients. Good texture for crumbling over stews or soups. They were a bit sweet for my taste, very similar to the Jiffy Mix type corn muffins. Next time I will probably add a bit more salt and leave out a bit of the sugar. Overall they worked and were tasty."

"This was a great basic bread recipe. The texture of the crunchy crust with the soft inside was spot on. Easy to make with the bread machine doing the dough. I shaped mine into a braided loaf before baking and it worked really well."

"This is a very good, easy to make weeknight meal. The wine adds nice, unexpected flavor. I cut the sausage links into discs and added a bit of parm. cheese to the top with the mozzarella. Tasted great hot out of the oven and it's really good reheated as well."

"I made this for a dinner party and it was a huge hit. These are by far the most delicious fish cakes I have ever made or eaten! I added some diced bell peppers to the onion/celery mix and I didn't have quite enough salmon so I subbed some leftover grilled catfish. I piped the sauce on the finished cakes with a pastry bag for a little extra prese..."

"I subbed creole spice for the lemon pepper b/c we like spicy catfish and it was great. This was so much cheaper than the tiny little packets you get at the store and simple to make. Stores really well in the freezer for a quick prep later."

"This catfish was flavorful and the coating was crispy like classic fried fish but without the grease. The only issue was that the coating wanted to fall off when I flipped it halfway through. It still tasted great though and I will definitely make this again!"
