    "I've been making this for several years. I recently moved and lost my cookbook. This is the same recipe, except I use twice the spinach, and save the bread from inside the loaf to mix with the spinach dip before returning to the loaf as a serving dish. It's always a hit! *remember to save the top of the loaf for your cover"
