    About Me

I currently live in California. I spent 15 years in Hawaii before moving back home to be closer to family. I'm a retired RN and love to cook. Baking and cake decorating are my real passions, but I believe that all meals should be a taste treat, as well as healthy (whenever possible).

    Favorite Foods

My favorite dish to cook for a crowd is Lasagna, that I make without cooking the pasta first, and use Cottage Cheese mixed with an egg instead of ricotta....trust me, nobody will ever know!
