    About Me

I'm a big foodie, and a even bigger label reader. I love discovering new recipies to make. I love discovering new foods from different countries that I never knew exsisted.

About 4 years ago when I became a label reader and started paying attention to what was in the food I was eating, I switched from convential foods to an All-Natural slash Organic diet. As a result I had to do a lot more cooking to keep up with said lifestyle, as I lived in the middle of nowhere at the time, and options were extreamly limited (as in one shelf at the grocery store limited.) When I started I had no idea that I would discover not only how much I loved the art of cooking, but how much I loved the art of food.

The first thing i learned to make was an exellent pizza with both the crust and sauce made from scratch, and all the toppings fresh from the farmers market I worked at. (Which even now, I consider it the best job I ever had.) I got so good at it, not only did I loose the desire to eat anyother pizza, but I was getting orders from my co-workers as well. I would go on to replace all my fast food and Comfort food addictions with my homemade food, including fried foods (now fried in olive oil), Hamburgers, Pastas, and of course cookies.

Now that I've learned how to make all the comfort food of my childhood, I'm discovering more amazing dishes I wish I had grown up on, like Indian and Thai Foods, South American and Brazillian Dishes, and English and Europian Pastires. Now I'm looking forward on perfecting how to cook a proper sausage. lol.

    Favorite Foods

My favorite Foods to make are:

    • Eggs Benidict with homemade English Muffins and Hollindaise Sauce from scratch.
    • Aussie style fish and chips (even though it's really messy, lol)
    • Double Peanut Butter Cookies
    • Pretty much any Indian Food
    • Spatzele (from scratch)
    • Pizza with the crust and sauces made from scratch.
    • Breakfast. :9 my favorite meal of the day!!
    • and pretty much anything I haven't tried yet.
