    I am a mom, wife, nurse and head chef in my house. For the past 3 years I have lost 124 pounds, by counting calories and exercise. I love it! Best thing ever happened to and my house. Now the whole family is healthier and we are all going to encourage each other and keep up this healthy life style. Good luck to all who are having trouble loosing and keep up the good work. Its all about the calories in and the calories burned to if u like to eat ur gonna have to exercise more! Have fun cooking something new today. I did!
