New Topic Dried seaweed recipe in Recipe Requests - General

"I am baffled. My sister got a package of dried seaweed from her colleagues in Moncton, New Brunswick. I have no idea what to do with it. I know it can be used in various recipes for soup, but I am assuming that fresh seaweed is used. I am thinking that dried would be used in a tea of some kind, or maybe in a soup of some kind. If anyone out t..."

    About Me

Hi! I am a new member, and I love to cook! My favorite cookbooks are usually those put out as a fundraiser by schools or organizations because those are recipes that have been used for years by families and are simple and easy to make! My favorite hobby is gardening. I drive my sister crazy buying pots! I just can't get enough plants! I really love trying out soup recipes. I remember that I was looking for a recipe for cream of vegetable soup and when I found one and made it, I thought it looked awful! My late dad ate it and said it was delicious! I love eating at out of the way restaurants and one of my favorites is called Nick's Inn in a town not far from where I live. They have the best Greek salad I have ever had! I work in retail and I really love the people I meet! I live with my mother, sister, nephew and my dog Zeppelin. He's a golden retriever and he loves to eat! Thanks for welcoming me and I look forward to sharing my recipes with you!

    Favorite Foods

My favorite foods are pasta, chocolate, and seafood. Also, just about everything else! I will try anything at least once.
