    "This is a great easy recipe! I've been looking for quick slices that i can make while my baby is asleep and this one is fab. I used apricot jam instead of rasberry and it turned out delicious. My husband took most of the first batch in his lunch the next day and so i had to make more!!!"

    "This turned out great for me and reminded me of being a kid again! I had to add a little more buter to the base as i don't have a food processor to get the biscuits really crumby, but apart from that it was perfect, just like my mum used to make it! Thanks"
