    "I followed this recipe exactly, I only used a 1/4 cup of butter for the top. I sifted the flour and gently folded the beer into the dry ingredients, and it came out amazing! Deliciously crunchy and I can't taste the beer, so it went perfectly with the beer cheese soup I served it with."
