"Really good! Just a note to self. NO added salt. For some odd reason this came out quite salty, but probably my fault. The real reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was that the overall consistency was very thin. And for us, a thicker sauce for pasta is what is needed. I'll definitely make it again but a bit thicker.
