Reviewed Herbed Corn on the Cob Grilled in Foil
    Handle
     |  By Rita~

"We made this recipe with 6 ears of corn, 3 included the sugar and 3 didn't. All 6 ears came out delicious. I think we'll omit the sugar the next time we make this recipe, since the corn was sweet enough without it. Thank you for this recipe!"

    Reviewed Greek Oven Roast Potatoes
    Handle
     |  By Dana-MMH

"We had these potatoes for dinner tonight and enjoyed them. I baked the peeled wedges uncovered for twenty minutes and then added the spices, like you suggested, then I tweaked by baking for an additional 15 minutes covered and 5 more minutes uncovered. This resulted in a tender potato with a slightly crisp outside. I also tweaked by using olive oi..."

"This recipe was great. For the vegetables, I used all vegetables listed except for the mushrooms only because I didn't have them. I added sliced red pepper instead, which also releases water when cooked, like mushrooms do. I did not have all of the spices the recipe lists, and used my own blend, instead: oregano, basil, salt and freshly-ground bla..."

    Reviewed Old Bay Seasoning #2
    Handle
     |  By Dib's

"This is a great spice recipe. I make it as listed, except I use additional nutmeg, cloves and ginger in place of the mace and cardamon, only because I don't have those two last ingredients in my spice rack. I have used this seasoning for grilled tuna steaks three times now, and the steaks were a huge hit. Thank you for this recipe!"

    Reviewed Spicy Chick-Peas and Rice
    Handle
     |  By breezermom

"This recipe is a keeper. I heated chick peas only today with this recipe's ingredients, sans the rice and extra water of course. I also used cilantro in place of marjoram for a different flavor. I heated all of the ingredients for 15 minutes, uncovered. The chick peas were soft, had a slight orange color because of the turmeric and were delicious...."

Reviewed Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potato Bake
    Handle
     |  By Kittencalskitchen

"Delicious. I tend to like sweeter with a little bit of heat, so I reduced the spicy ingredients a smidge. I baked for 25 minutes, which was two or three minutes too long, but the potatoes were still so good. I served these tossed with steamed cauliflower as a colorful and nutritious side dish. Thank you!"

Reviewed Turkey Stuffed Yellow & Red Bell Peppers
    Handle
     |  By Dib's

"Very good. I changed by omitting the breadcrumbs and the Parmesan, since I didn't think the peppers needed those ingredients. I drizzled olive oil on the stuffed peppers before baking to add moisture. I baked for 30 minutes and this resulted in a slightly undercooked medium-sized pepper. I'd bake for 40 next time, or wrap in foil. I'd also double ..."

     |  By Christie*

"I'm not the best burger griller you'll meet, but this recipe is helping to change that! I tweaked a bit by not using a potato, dicing the onion and frying it and then adding it to the recipe. I prepared the rest of the recipe as is, substituting garlic powder for salt. This recipe yields a moist burger, even when cooked through. Thank you for post..."

"A tasty, exotic dish. I did not add the cayenne pepper and would do so next time, since this sweet dish would've been even better with a little heat. I was concerned about the large dried apricots, but they actually come apart after cooking if you smash them with your fork and are a delicious addition. I served this dish one night over rice, and t..."

     |  By LuuvBunny

"A lovely marinade recipe--I tweaked slightly b/c I was out of Worchester sauce, so I added the poor man's version, ketchup! The mustard is a must b/c it gives this marinade a distinctive background flavor. Also, the olive oil is a good idea to keep the sugars from the other ingredients from causing the steak to stick to the grill. Thank you for po..."
