Reviewed Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potato Bake

"Delicious. I tend to like sweeter with a little bit of heat, so I reduced the spicy ingredients a smidge. I baked for 25 minutes, which was two or three minutes too long, but the potatoes were still so good. I served these tossed with steamed cauliflower as a colorful and nutritious side dish. Thank you!"

    About Me

I'm a total foodie and have been in the kitchen since I was 10 years old, helping my mom cook.
God has blessed my husband and I with two precious baby girls, whom I hope to teach to cook when they are old enough.

As for how I rate recipes, I've been cooking long enough to tell if I'll like a recipe by the ingredients listed. I appreciate sampling everyone's recipes. Thus, I tend to give ratings of 3's, 4's and 5's. I usually refrain from posting a review of a recipe if I think it lower than a 3, since everyone's tastes are different. Happy posting!!
