"I love mashed tators - but never could get them quite right... this recipe does the trick! Everyone says to always add more salt - which is what mine lacked - though, having to be careful how much sodium I use in our foods - this actually will be alright! Thank you."

"Giving this 5 stars for adaptability since I didn't have all the listed ingredients but was able to use substitutions and still have a very good meal! 1. I forgot the garlic entirely. 2. Used just water instead of chicken broth. 3. Used fire roasted tomatoes instead of Rotel. 4. Did not have green onions."

"This was a life saver in a pinch! Thank you for sharing! Update (7-15-12 - it's been some time but this is my absolute GO TO recipe for chili powder. I have found that we are not overly fond of oregano -- and reducing the amount in the recipe made this a perfect match for us! Awesome adaptability!"

"I made this tonight with some adaptations. We don't care for raw(ish onion and celery in dishes like this - so I opted to lightly saute them in a pan with butter, and then additionally added broth to cook a little longer from the chicken I had boiled. I doubled up on the recipe so I used the entire chicken I had cooked the previous day. (I have a..."

"I like this recipe because I can add or omit what I want. I do not care for rosemary so when I mixed up a 1/3 batch of this for meatloaf I didn't have to add that herb. Very good to have around!"

"Easily adaptable. I used leftover turkey from when my Mom visited, and cauliflower instead of tator tots. I totally forgot the bacon. I just kind of mixed everything into a bread loaf pan, sprinkled some parmesan on top, then I baked it for an hour in the oven at 350*F. I will be making this again! YUM!"

"I made half this recipe with one squash instead of two because it's the first time I have ever worked with butternut variety. OH LORD! I will have to say I likely made a mistake! I did add cinnamon to the recipe - but followed it otherwise. Clearly a winner when a 16yo teen boy's eyes light up like a Christmas tree when he tasted a morsel."

"UPDATE: Shared this recipe with my boss where simplicity is the key. She LOVED the ease of this recipe to make perfect boiled eggs!
I shared this recipe with my husband whom complained he could never make perfectly boiled eggs. We have done this twice in the last week and a half and true results both times much to his delight. Light fluff..."

"This makes a nice go to recipe for eating both healthy, gluten free, and low carb. I have tried many different things to lose a few extra pounds that have slowly built up on my body but until I cut out high carbohydrate foods I didn't have any luck (grains like wheat, corn, rice, quinoa, and oats. beans like black, pinto, navy, and reds, and also ..."

"I subbed Almond Butter for the peanut butter - excellent easy recipe. I used parchment instead of greasing my sheet also. I will be making these again. (and again and again... LOL I would give more stars if it would allow for them."
