    Living in Burlington, Vermont for over 10 years. Currently work as an Executive Assistant in a Burlington hotel.
    Favorite cookbook if I had to choose one is, "The Best Recipe" by Cooks Illustrated. Passions are cooking, having dinner with friends. Biggest pet peeves: a recipe with margarine in it, obscure cooking implements that were designed with only one purpose aka unitaskers, and driving.

    Favorite Foods

    Dim Sum, Sesame Noodles, Fra Diavlo, almost all seafoods, sushi, prime rib, fried chicken.

    Love cooking for friends who adore my New England or homestyle cooking and fried chicken. Currently in the canning phase, learning how to make pickles etc.

    Favorite restaurant for brunch would have to be the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal.
