"I love grapefruit and thyme but didn't care for the mojo sauce. Thought it might be the serrano chiles so I made it again without them. Liked it better but still not what I had hoped for. "I read the reviews and watched the show. I actually followed the reciped carefully except I added extra grill seasoning and used fresh onion (store didn't have frozen. I thoroughly thawed the vegetables so there was no extra water. I cut everything "bite-sized" which is probably closer to 1 inch cubes. Potatoes were done. We had 3 children guests ..."
