    About Me

    Married 34 year old, stepmom to 4 and expecting my first baby in October. Always seem to be battling my weight so I'm looking for awesome dishes that will be delicious, enjoyable, satisfying, and great for kids, too! Not afraid to have the occasional "splurge" though and I'm fascinated in making not-so-healthy dishes and turning them into lighter treats. Love to network so don't hesitate to say "hi"!

    Favorite Foods

    Okay...ummm...anything! :-) For religious reasons, we do not consume pork or shell fish, and due to pregnancy "gross outs", chicken doesn't fly too well with me these days! Vegetarian dishes are preferred, but also love to make them "meaty" (i.e. using mushrooms, cheeses, hearty veggies, etc.)
