New Topic Question: What is a ramikin? in Cooking Q & A

"In several recipes, I have read the term ramikin or ramiken used to describe what sounds very similar to a muffin pan. Is this correct or is this a different sort of baking utensil?"

    About Me

Credo: "You can cook anything on a barbeque, and it will taste better" Born and raised in Southern Ca. so I am extremely fond of Mexican and Chinese food. Father was from the south so Cajun and Southern cooking are almost an inborn instinct. First learned to cook from Grandmother.
