    "Lovely cake! I cut the milk to 3/4 cup, and used 1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon but otherwise made no ingredient changes. Baked for 40 minutes in a 10.5" springform pan and served with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. Would definitely make this again!"

    "I skipped the step where you kept them in the oven on paper towels as I was only making three pork chops. Pounded them to about 1/2 inch thick and they cooked up quickly. Served with mushroom and herb couscous. Fantastic! Add this to my list of comfort foods. Will definitely make again."

    "Soft and cakey cookies, very nice flavor! I used a mixture of tupelo and tulip poplar honey, walnuts instead of macadamia, and added the entire bag of chips to the batter. Next time I will divide the chips as written because I think there were a few too many in the cookies for the amount of batter. Will definitely make these again!"
