    These were great! I didn';t use a food processor, just a regular pastry blender. Added an extra 1/2 tbsp of the cheese and extra 1/2 tbsp of butter. Cooked up in 12 minutes."

    Lovely cake! I cut the milk to 3/4 cup, and used 1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon but otherwise made no ingredient changes. Baked for 40 minutes in a 10.5" springform pan and served with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. Would definitely make this again!"

    I used basswood honey, cut the butter back to 5tbsp, and added a sprinkle of cinnamon over the top. Cooked for 45 minutes, stirring 3 times. Everyone enjoyed them with our turkey breast dinner. I would definitely make them again."

    I skipped the step where you kept them in the oven on paper towels as I was only making three pork chops. Pounded them to about 1/2 inch thick and they cooked up quickly. Served with mushroom and herb couscous. Fantastic! Add this to my list of comfort foods. Will definitely make again."
