"Yum! I had some leftover jarred pesto, so I was looking for recipes to use it up. This was excellent! I followed some user suggestions and dipped the chicken in butter prior to breading. Then I baked the chicken for 20 minutes before adding the pesto and cheese and baking another 20 minutes. Served with roasted potatoes. Even my picky husband had ..."

"These are really good and a great alternative to the sandwich! The sauce is good too, but I think I like them better plain. I add fried onions and mushrooms to mine and it makes the rolls that much tastier. Also, this may be obvious, but make sure to soak the rice paper according to the directions before trying to use them. YUM!!!
    UPDATE: I on..."

"We've made these several times at horse camp. I just give each camper a gallon size plastic bag and put 1/4 of each ingredient in each bag. Then the campers squish the mixture around until it resembles cookie dough (with carrots... Then they divide the mixture into treat-size rounds on individual tin foil "trays" and we bake them. I've even had c..."

"Well, my first batch wasn't perfect, but my second batch turned out pretty well. Make sure when you put the gnudi into the water, you place each one on a slotted spoon and lower it to the bottom of the pot. The first round, I gently placed them on top of the water, and they disintegrated while falling to the bottom. So, I ate the gnudi mush and DH..."

"Yum! I halved the recipe and subbed vanilla almond milk for the milk. I still added a tiny bit of vanilla and 2 Tbsp of sugar. Make sure to add A LOT of ice, so it's nice and frothy. It's a great alternative to a milk shake---which I was really craving on this warm summer day!"

"Delicious!! I'd never know these muffins were gluten free if I didn't make them (and I'm the one in the house that DOES eat gluten. I used a flour mix that includes 3 parts cornstarch, 3 parts brown rice flour, 2 parts soy flour and 1 part masa harina. I only made the pecan/maple syrup topping, and it was incredible! Thanks! This one's definitely..."

"Great easy and inexpensive recipe! The leftovers were good too! To make things a little easier/faster, I diced the potatoes before boiling and left the skin on. I also added some garlic powder, onion powder, and a squirt of mustard into the cheese sauce. YUM!!"

"These were good and super easy! I did add about 3/4 Tbsp of pumpkin pie spice, a dash of ground cloves, and a few Tbsp. granulated sugar. This didn't help the calorie count, but the muffins turned out sweet and delicious! I used a 15 oz. box of gluten free yellow cake mix and the whole 15 oz. can of pumpkin. Yum!"
