I had to sub the potato starch (I had was potato flour & the recipe says NOT to use that. So, I risked it & subbed all 1/2 Cup of it with my new favorite ingredient...coconut flour. How can you go wrong with that stuff? I also used unsweetened almond milk since I NEVER..."

"One more comment...I used a baking stone to make these & they stuck like glue to it. I ended up smushing almost all of them. On the last pan, I got smart, broke out some dental floss & "flossed" them off the cookie sheet. Worked great! Hope that helps someone..."
