"Yummm. Even DH liked it, that's a big compliment coming from a meat and taters guy. Made pretty much as outlined, I did dip the chicken in some 1% buttermilk before breading. Cooked quicker than expected. Will certainly make again, oh did I say quick and easy with minimum clean up. Thanks for sharing."

I love tagging and trying new recipes and my family and friends love all the dishes they get to try when they come to our house. DH and I spend our summers in the RV and return to Arizona in the Fall or when ever?? My picture taking skills aren't the best, so I've come up with a new plan as of 2009, if the recipe I try already has a picture, I probably won't take one (unless of coarse my shot would be better :rofl: ) I'll give it my best shot at taking a pic. We have 4 fantastic children, seven grandkids and one itty bitty great grandaughter just arrived in August.
