Reviewed Simple Perfect Enchiladas
"My family really does not like the red sauce, so I have always used Wolf brand chili as the sauce. I warm the chili and coat the corn tortillas in the chili. I also use taco meat, chopped onions, and graded cheese. I roll them up then any of the stuff left over, I put on the top and bake on 350 till it's all golden. Messy to make but so, so good! "

I am a mother of 4 boys and 1 girl. They are all grown now. I have 9 grandchildren. I work part time doing inventories for stores. I love to cook but now that there is just me and my husband I have a hard time scaling down to just to cook for two people. I love cooking for the holidays. All of the special things you all ways make just at holiday times.
