"This was a simple and tasty way to make asparagus: I think I've found my new favorite way of preparing it. I opted out on the onion -- I found out after I'd started that I was out, and I had to substitute minced garlic for the cloves, but it was an excellent side to the meal. Thank you!"

"Good recipe! VERY tasty.I found it might be less greasy if you don't include the first round of peanut oil when cooking the beef, though, and the sauce disappeared quickly in the pan - No chance to boil, so I'll be doubling it next time. Excellent stuff, regardless!"

"Fantastic! I've been looking for this recipe for years, as it's one of my favorites. Relatively easy to make, and just as I remembered it -- in spite of some minor mis-planning on my part. Thank you!"

"Pretty good! Had to add a little more mayonnaise than the recipe called for to get it to stick, but a very nice, light and quick dish. "
