    About Me

Grandma to a ton of kids and a step great grandma and still going strong. Love to cook, came to Wisconsin from Illinois 33 years ago and bought a resort and cooked 2 meals a day for about 20-40 people. Served American style. Loved it course I was younger then but sure did meet quite a few wonderful people and most were repeaters every year.

    Favorite Foods

Love to cook scrumtous deserts and course eat them too. My favorite dish is what we Norwegians call Kumla which is a raw potato dumpling just love them, and course I also love potato pancakes made from raw potatoes. Danish layer cakes are wonderful only about 2 inches high and four layers high and my families favorite. This is one recipe I do not give out to anyone but I will make one for you.
