    "A friend told me about Chuck Eye Steaks, and now thats all I buy. I try to get a package around 1 pound or over. I put a little oil in a screaming hot cast iron skillet.     1 part egg white and 1 1/2 parts sugar

    So if I have 1 c of egg whites( 8 large egg whites and 1 1/2 c sugar that would be correct?? Let me know if this thinking is correct?? thanks"
