    I am an ex hairdresser who now works in a nutritional store that sells lovely bulk flours, grains, nuts and foods of health. I am constantly learning so much in this field that I would like to share some of these things with the people of recipezaar as I know how much ALL of us love our food. Number ONE, please if you are reading this look into the benefits of using Coconut products, especially cold pressed oil in your diet. COCONUT IS NOT FATTENING BUT, ACTUALLY HELPS TO SPEED YOUR METABOLISM and aids in weight loss! Don't trust me, google it yourself. I actually take a teaspoon of the yummy stuff morn and night. I have done extensive research for myself, and please just google the health benefits of coconut oil and you will find for yourself. I really just want people to start learning for themselves and not trusting any outside source. The truth is out there!! Please just investigate for your own benefit. Happy cooking and learning!!
