"This is the first noodle stirfry I ever have made and it is 1. easier than I thought it would be and 2. utterly outstanding! I love the combination of flavors. I did add 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms which I do recommend. It was yummy. And reheats pretty well in the microwave for lunches. Oh, and I forgot the peanuts."

"This may be my new favorite hummus recipe. It is very flavorful. I did leave out the onion powder because I couldn't find mine and instead used 1 t onion salt (so didn't use any regular salt. I also wanted it somewhat thinner so used about 3/4 C bean liquid/water. I dipped pieces of olive bread into it, and it was a wonderful dinner."

"4.5 stars really. These are yum. I made them with drummettes and five were a nice serving for me with green bean casserole (yes, the traditional one.
Later...unfortunately they don't reheat well and are far from as good leftover cold."
