"Great recipe with a great flavor! I made a few adjustments in that I used the creole seasoning more as a rub than a "sprinkle", added 1# of mushrooms, used less rosemary than called for and used normal chicken stock. I also served over mashed potatoes instead of rice. This was a hit with my husband and will definitely be used in the future! H"

"This is a great recipe! I was really surprised at how well it came out considering the ingredients are so simple. The only things I changed: added an additional can of corn, pan-cooked the chicken in corn oil instead of boiling. Everyone loved it. It is definitely a new soup staple!"

"This recipe wasn't bad. My husband absolutely loved it; it was the holy grail of breakfast bakes in his opinion. I used a pound of sausage instead of the bacon and made everything else as listed.
