As such I will try this new recipe - Molasses is perfect as a sweetener, the vegetable oil and large egg will be substituted with smooth unsweetened applesauce and 1 TBSP lemon juice - slightly warmed. The teaspoon baking soda will be stirred directly into the warmed applesauce, lemon mix and that will be added to the dry ingredients and 1 1/2 cup soya milk-quickly fold in any fruit (except pineapple or watermellon- high GI) and bake as advised.
