    About Me

    I am eating healthy for life . I need also to lose 15 pounds my docotr said.  Have  some health issues Celiac .So plan to learn all about different  food ideas.Learn what I can eat. Not alot of doctors know how to help with food with this disease. Even the dieticians scratch there heads.

     

      I am retired with hubby up north in Canada. Where blackbears roam and deer and Moose. Wild birds , owls, Eagles, foxes, wolves. It just keeps going.

    If I am allowed. Gods country.

    Favorite Foods

    Turkey, chicken, liver. I hate to say but hubby is my cook. Now that I have Celiac it is me to learn to cook. For my health. Celiac.

    I cannot go to Restaurants as often now.
