    "Family and friends LOVED this! One man had three servings within 3 hours. I didn't add the pecans to the cake itself, and reserved half the coconut for the icing. I put the coconut and pecans in the cream cheese icing - I'd had Italian Cream Cake this way before and liked it better. Making it again tonight for my parents birthdays! I think I'm goi..."
