Shared Recipe Quick & Yummy Meatloaf

"I found a meatloaf recipe that used StoveTop Stuffing. I really liked it, but tweaked it to make it my own. Here is my version! (For appetizers, you can make these into meatloaf balls and use decorative appetizer picks to serve)"

    Reviewed Hot Pepper Jelly

"I made two batches at the same time (one with habaneros and one with jalapenos). I followed the recipe to a T (using 2 packets of certo per batch) and I found that it was extremely liquidy (it hardly thickened at all). It is the next day and I will try to reboil and add more pectin, then rejar. I haven't tasted it yet, but so far I've had issues wi..."

Reviewed German Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

"I made these into muffins and were fantastic! The sour cream adds a nice tang to it, and they're very moist. I added a little more lemon juice because DH and I like a more lemony flavour. Thank you for sharing your recipe!"

I also used coconut oil instead of butter, which I think really added to the flavour. The recipe made 10 cupcakes. The icing made way more than I needed, so I froze it. Next time I am going to sprinkl..."

    About Me

I love food and am in the process of writing a cookbook with traditional German cuisine.

    Favorite Foods

My mother's side of the family is German Mennonite so I enjoy a lot of traditional German cuisine. IMy grandparents lived in Mexico for a while and I still have some Mennonite family living in Central America so I also enjoy some traditional Spanish flavours (just not too spicey!). I also love a lot of other international flavours such as Thai, Italian, Indian, etc.
