"I had no idea that tofu would look, and taste, like eggs! This dish, however, tasted so similar to my "usual" migas recipe. I did use crushed tortilla chips (as I usually do, because I almost always have chips, but dont often have tortillas, mon hand, and added cheese, at the end. Thanks, for this great twist!"

"I loved this! I got a new rice cooker, and went in search of recipes, for it. I had leftover pork ribs, so I used those, for the meat. I added a little grated carrot and sesame oil, for flavor and crunch. Oh, and I scrambled the eggs, in the microwave, too.Thanks...will definitely make, again, when leftovers "happen!""

"I LOVE this recipe! I've made it, three times now, but hadn't yet rated it! I use fingerling potatoes, balsamic vinegar, and gray sea salt. I haven't used the shallots, since I haven't had them, on hand; and, I used fresh rosemary (which I have a lot of, on hand! The fingerlings don't take as long to cook, and the balsamic adds a sweetness that..."

"My mom's been telling me how great this recipe is, for quite a while. (She copied it from the cookbook, for me Well, I finally tried it, last night, and wow, was she right! I did not use quite as much salt (about 1/4 cup for the brine, because I have high blood pressure; and, I may leave it out, altogether, next time (or cut it down, even mo..."

"I'm not a huge ice cream eater, but I recently bought an ice cream freezer...go figure! I've been experimenting with different combos; and, I made this ice cream...it was probably the best I've ever eaten! I only had 3 (Texas peaches, which made about 1 c. puree; so, I added 1 cup half and half, 1/3 cup of sugar, about 1/4 tsp almond and 1/2 ts..."

"This was great; however, I feel that it was because of an addition I made, after reading other reviews. Other reviewers commented that the meat lacked some flavor, so I added no-salt, "extra spicy," seasoning to the meat/cornstarch mixture, and it had nice heat. Otherwise, I followed the recipe, as written, and my son asked me how much of it he ..."

"This is very similar to a recipe I had, in early marriage days! I just wasn't feeling the idea of boiling noodles, and making sauce (separate, so I looked up your recipe. I used beef, didn't add green peppers, onions, or mushrooms (don't care for any of those, in my sauce but, I did double up on garlic and red pepper flakes, and I used 1 c. v..."
