"Made this bread yesterday and I have to say I love this recipe! Will be my go to banana bread from now on. Baked up beautifully in a bundt pan. The only changes I made were to reduce the oil by 1/4 cup and used 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar because I didn't have enough white."

"Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!Made this for dinner tonight with only a few tiny changes. I lightly sauted the onion with a bit of diced celery and carrot and 4 cloves of roasted garlic that I had in the fridge. Other than that followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious. Looking forward to some healthy leftovers for lunch."

"Made these this afternoon for girls night and they were a huge hit. I cheated a touch and like Nonnie4Two I added toffee bits in the batter as well. The girls all loved them. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they were a tad wet for my taste. I tend to like a cakier brownie."
