"I don't really like sweet potatoes but my family does so I thought I would try this. This is a keeper. We all loved it! I used can sweet potatoes and cooked them for a little while. I also didn't use the nuts since I don't like them."

"These cookies are very good. Soft and chewy the way a good cookie should be.: The only thing I would say is to make a double batch of the frosting. One batch did not quite cover all and with double you can put on a little extra. Very yummy."
