    "I added a bunch of extra lemon juice to this because it was very kiwi-centric and I wanted it more lemony. Used xyletol to make it sugar-free, which worked very well. Just bring it to a boil and don't simmer, then steep mint leaves as directed. If you use ice in the pitcher or glasses, you don't really need to get the syrup cold, just cool to r..."
