"Yum! I was afraid that it was going to be a little plain when I made it, but it turned out wonderfully!"
Feb 15, 2012 on Food.com
I am currently teaching Computer Technology at the elementary level and finally have a job where I get home at a time that I can make dinner. During college, my husband and I always ate out, because we worked all day and took night classes until 9 or 10 at night. When I was in high school, I loved to cook for my family, as my parents were always working until late as well.
Now that I have the time again, I would like to cook tasty, home cooked meals for my husband and I. I try to create as much out of the same ingredients each week, because any recipe I make, I generally have to cut in half because we are only two small people!
I joined this site at first to get ideas and inspiration, but hope to post my own recipes someday as I get more and more experience cooking for two.
