    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

My hometown is on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State. Here we have the water at our front door and the mountains at our back door. So to speak. It is 17 miles across the water to Victoria B.C.
I am retired and a window since 2004. I belong to "The Red Hat Society" and a local Lions Club. I also do a lot of volunteer work for organizations and cooking for clubs as a caterer.
For fun I love to cook, read, crochet and knit and play around on the computer.

    Favorite Foods

I enjoy cooking and sharing recipes. I cook twice a month for the local Lions Club and am always looking for new recipe to serve around 20 people.
I love to experiment with spices and herbs. Especially fresh ones.
