"I thought this was good and realy easy. My only thing was that I need more flavor in the batter, maybe next time i will use more seasonings. But overall good recipe. My BF loves fried chicken and he approved for this to be his only fried chicken recipe. I will definately use this again, just have to learn to wok with it."

"This was great! I had left over pumpkin that i had to use, and i found this recipe to do it with. I did not have nutmeg, so i used about a tsp of pumpkin spice instead. And i halved the recipe as i only has enough pumpkin to make 1 loaf. But over all, i loved this, as well as my family. thank you for sharing."

But overall.. if you like cheesecake and flan this is a great recipe that I would recommen..."
